Ellie & Lewis Dickson Thanksgiving Service
Shiloh witnessed over 50 people attend the Thanksgiving Service this afternoon for Ellie and Lewis Dickson, children of Thomas and Lauren.
The service was conducted by Mark Tatty Gordon who remarked how he felt old today as he knew both great grandparents of the children.
Speaking from John's Gospel Tatty told the gathered visitors that those who trust in Jesus can be sure he will use every life challenge we face and make it work for good.
He said nothing is wasted with Jesus and nothing humbly offered to him will ever be wasted.
Tatty then prayed with Lewis and Ellie asking the Lord's blessing on them and giving thanks to God for them.
He also prayed for the children's parents, Thomas & Lauren before praying for the appointed guardians.
The service concluded with gifts being given to the children and then a final song.
