Lockdown in Pakistan may be ended but there’s still hungry people.
A number of members of Shiloh Christian Fellowship have been supporting poor families in Boter, Farooqabad, Pakistan who normally struggle to make ends meet, but with the COVID- 19 impact, life has been more difficult than usual.
Through our local Christian contacts, we provided funding to purchase food parcels for some needy families, which were distributed earlier today. Our contacts delivered the food, including sweets for the children, and all the recipients were very grateful for the kindness shown.
Although we recognise the truth ‘charity begins at home’ and our Fellowship has and continues to distribute goods to local people, we also understand there are many other needy people out there. If you need help please contact us.
"Sometimes we can spend years talking to people about the love of God, and yet with a simple gift of love we can in moments say so much more."
Thank you to our members who contributed to this project and we aim to continue with this ministry to feed the hungry, and by doing so give glory to God.
