Thanksgiving Service for Max McKimm
Thanksgiving Service for Max McKimm
The Groomsport Inn was the venue for this afternoon’s service of thanksgiving for little Max McKimm, son of Nicole and Aaron.
The upper room was filled with family and invited guests who had come to celebrate with Max and family.
Mark Tatty Gordon spoke from God’s word on the importance of being a good parent, because children are ‘gifts’ from God and He will hold to account those who receive them.
Tatty prayed a blessing over little Max and asked the Lord to help his parents, Nicole and Aaron to look after their precious gift, their treasured jewel.
The guardians (godparents) were Sara and John, and again Tatty prayed they too would know God’s blessing on their lives because of their commitment to ensure Max and his parents would have their help and support.
The service ended after Tatty presented a New Testament to Max and prayed that all who were in attendance would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
