Thanksgiving Service for Zeb Stephen Henderson
This afternoon at Shiloh we were delighted to conduct the first of a list of 'Thanksgiving Services' that were unable to take place because of Covid 19.
It was our delight and honour to be thanking the Lord for the good gift of little 'Zeb Stephen Henderson' to his parents Chloe & Mark.
In 2018 Shiloh held a similar service for Zeb's older sister Hinli who has grown so much since then.
Family and friends gathered for the celebration and heard Tatty speaking from Deuteronomy 11 about how important it is that children are taught the Word of God. He told the family and guests that every human is born with a knowledge of God, but the devil works to rob them off it and fill their minds with deceit and distortions about God.
Tatty told Chloe and Mark that God wants them to ensure Zeb will get every opportuntiyt to hear about the love of God and to be read the Bible stories, so that as he grows up he might come to know the Lord for himself. To help with this Tatty presented the parents with a New Testament which they can read to their children.
The guests enjoyed the event and were looking forward to continuing their celebrations after the service concluded.
